Dealer Store Order Information 

What to Expect After Placing Your Order 

Thank you for ordering through our Pop-Up Dealer Store! Because these polos are fully custom-made specifically for this program, there are a few important things to know about the ordering and production process. 

1. Enter Your Email & Shipping Address 
Please make sure you provide an accurate email address and shipping address at checkout. Your email will be used to provide important order and production updates, as well as shipping information once your polo is ready. Your shipping address is where your completed order will be sent. 

2. The Store Will Be Open for Two Weeks 
The Pop-Up Dealer Store will remain open for two weeks. Orders can be placed at any time during this window. The announcement bar ontop of the homepage contains the store duration dates. Please view. 

3. Production Begins After the Store Closes 
Once the store closes, all orders will be submitted for production. Production will begin the next business day after the store closes. Because each polo is fully custom, please allow approximately 30–40 days for production and 5-10 days for shipping. 

4. Stay in the Loop 
We’ll send a mid-production update to everyone who placed an order so you know where things stand during the production process. 

5. Individual Shipping 
Once production is complete, each polo order will be shipped individually to the shipping address provided at checkout. You will also receive an email when your order is ready to ship.
